Alright, next problem to deal with is why MP4s from Peertube won't play on remote instances such as OStatus. They just keep buffering and buffering endlessly.. it's downright weird.

Ahh, finally, I got comments working again. Jeez, I was calling an older function instead of my new shiny updated code. Ahh, the joys of programming.

For some reason Mastodon is not accepting comments on Toots despite my #activitypub setup setting the inReplyTo. The posts are showing up on Mastodon, but they are not threaded, they show up as new posts rather than comments. I've captured Mastodon's output to my server and I'm literally sending the same things back excluding the "conversation" tag. Sigh, I think I need dinner and coffee.

Why is this not showing up as a reply on Mastodon?? Arghh
